Westgate to Add up to 1,000 Units to Avalon Park Wesley Chapel
Wesley Chapel, FL (July 29, 2020) – Avalon Park Group/sitEX announced that they have closed on a 285 acre parcel in Avalon Park Wesley Chapel with D.R. Horton to bring up to 1,000 additional lots to the community in the next phase called Westgate Village.

D.R. Horton has plans to break ground on Westgate in Wesley Chapel, FL during the first quarter of 2021. The Westgate community will include townhomes and single-family homes.
The single-family homes will be built in two series, the Express Series and the Preferred Series. The Express Series will be built on 40’ to 50’ homesites and measure between 1,239-2,601 square feet. Each floor plan will contain three to five bedrooms, two to three baths and one to two-car garages depending on the family’s needs. The Preferred Series will have higher-end included features. The Preferred Series homes will be built on 50’ homesites and measure between 1,844-3,561 square feet. The floorplans will vary between three to five bedrooms, two to three and a half baths, and one to two-car garages.
The townhomes will consist of two separate floor plans which will measure between 1,673-1,758 square feet. Both floor plans will include: three bedrooms, two and a half baths, and a one-car garage with a two-car driveway attached.
